Location

Located in the sunny London Borough of Croydon; one of Greater London’s largest boroughs for commerce, shopping and nightlife, the UK Open is hosted at the Hilton London Croydon.

Three other hotels are very near with various food options and modern amenities and parking in the area. The London Hilton Croydon is 2 miles from East Croydon Train station which has direct rail links to Gatwick Airport, London St Pancras (Eurostar) and the north of Britain. Directions

The UK Open will take place at the Croydon Hilton Hotel in the Wetherall Suite. The area is close to Gatwick Airport. https://www.gatwickairport.com flights to this airport are usually the cheapest into the UK. Heathrow Airport is also reasonable close but is severed very well by public transport. Get the train or tube to St Pancras Station and then change onto Thameslink to East Croydon.

easyJet flies to lots of destinations from this airport across Europe. A 45 minute Taxi/Uber will cost around £50. Or you can get the train to East Croydon Station for £6.

Then an Uber/Taxi will cost £8. From the St Pancras Eurostar Terminal you can get a direct train to East Croydon Station.

3. Premier Inn The Colonnades Leisure Park 619 Purley Way Surrey CR0 4RQ This hotel is a budget hotel but is where most of the UK Open Team are staying and is a 5 minute walk to the Hilton.
4. Grand Sapphire Hotel 45 Imperial Way, Croydon, CR0 4RR. This is a privately owned hotel and event location. It is a 15 minute walk to the Hilton – There are other hotels in central Croydon such as the Jury’s Inn and Hampton Hotel but these are 10 minute cab ride.
